Q: How does this work?

Keto by Jacq will cook the meals and deliver them to you on a weekly basis. Deliveries are typically on Sunday evenings.

Q: What kind of meals will we be getting?

Meals are omakase-like. But the menu can be sent out the week prior on request. 🙂

Q: How frequent are the menu updated?

A: Our menu is extensive and is changed frequently. Do not worry about getting tired of our menu! 😀

Q: Can I choose my menu?

A: Weekly menu is fixed, quantity is not. Suggestions will also be taken into consideration. 🙂

A: No minimum order. 😀

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Each meal is $15. Alternatively, we have a package of 20 meals for $240 (which works out to be $12 per meal).

Yes, packages have a 3-month validity.

Q: Are macros provided?

A: Yes! All macros are provided.

Q: What are the modes of payment?

A: We accept Google Pay, PayNow, PayLah, and bank transfers.

Q: Do you do delivery? What is the delivery cost like?

A: Free delivery available for any orders above $60 or 5 meals, whichever is lower.
Otherwise, a delivery charge of $8 applies.

**Surcharge of $3 per trip is applicable for CBD/Town areas.
